Food Stamp Employment and Training

 

The Food Stamp Employment & Training (FSE&T) program is designed to assist Texas Department of Human Services (TDHS) certified food stamp recipients with attaining employment and self-sufficiency by exposing the participants to local labor markets, providing assistance with child care, transportation, job search skills training, job search activities and job placement assistance.

The Workforce Solutions Middle Rio Grande has expanded FSE&T services to Dimmit,  Edwards, Kinney, Maverick, Real, Uvalde and Zavala counties.
