The Middle Rio Grande Workforce Partnership, created under the provisions of the Workforce Development and Economic Competitiveness Act of 1993, as amended, has established, and with adoption of this Strategic Workforce Development Plan, officially endorses the following statement of mission and purpose.

In pursuing its mission, the Middle Rio Grande Workforce Partnership hereby adopts the following as the general statement of its long range vision for the region, its communities, its economy, and its residents. Statement of General Vision
